What an incredible accomplishment! Last year more than 300 Fidelco clients were able to experience the freedom of movement and the increased confidence that comes from partnering with a Fidelco guide dog. It’s a liberating feeling that some have waited a lifetime to experience. But there are still many others who are waiting for that life-changing moment; that one phone call from us telling them that their Fidelco guide dog is ready to meet them. It’s a moment that will redefine their lives from that day forward.

Membership in Fidelco’s Honor Circle is reserved for those who are committed to advancing Fidelco’s mission through their generous support, and the rewards are great.
Your leadership gift or commitment of $100 or more will bring someone who is waiting closer to their dream of walking with a Fidelco guide dog by their side. And, as an Honor Circle member, you’ll see exactly how your donation will help Fidelco continue our important work. You’ll also be entitled to a number of special Members Only benefits.
But you and I both know that supporting Fidelco and its vital mission is about much more than special benefits. The greatest benefit of your support for Fidelco’s mission is the knowledge that you have helped bring a new world of freedom and independence to a person who is blind – the freedom only a Fidelco guide dog can provide.
Please remember, each Fidelco guide dog is very special. It requires a great deal of time, money and expertise to develop the unique skills required by these amazing dogs. In fact, the breeding, training and placement of each Fidelco guide dog, along with the eight to ten-years of follow up services we provide for each guide dog team, can cost Fidelco more than $26,000.
And, most importantly, the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation relies entirely on the generosity of our friends, old and new—friends like you—to allow us to continue our critically important work. We do not receive support from any federal, state, or local government, not even from the United Way.
